We are looking for Software Developer – Embedded Systems. This position will be based in Peachtree Corners GA.
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to design and implement embedded software for RTOS and bare-metal-based products. This role involves working on innovative solutions across the complete product lifecycle, from design and validation to deployment and maintenance, focusing on algorithm development, wired/wireless communications, IoT security, and data analysis.
You'll make a difference by
- Designing and implementing embedded C software for bare-metal and RTOS microcontroller-based systems.
- Developing innovative solutions in algorithm development, wired and wireless communications, and IoT security.
- Contributing to data collection and analysis across the full product lifecycle.
- Developing software tools to support verification and manufacturing processes.
- Researching and integrating new components, technologies, and methods into product designs.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience with the following:
- Embedded C software development, RTOS programming, and microcontroller/microprocessor (ARM Cortex) systems.
- Proficiency in C programming and debugging tools (e.g., JTAG).
- Hands-on experience with hardware schematics, lab bench equipment, and electronic test instruments (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters).
- Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART).
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile methodologies, software testing tools (e.g., Unity, SonarQube), and version control systems (e.g., GIT, ClearCase).
- Familiarity with secure firmware and data transfer methods.
- Experience in designing energy monitoring products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex code.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

The pay range for this position is 83,966 - 143,942 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
