Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the continuous development of the Enterprise Services Strategy for AI and digital healthcare solutions.
- You derive the business strategy based on market trends and analyses, customer needs, competitive dynamics, technical innovations, the overarching ES business strategy, and feedback from the ES country teams and other digitally focused units.
- You prioritize and specify the range of solutions related to digital transformation to be offered by ES in synergy with value partnerships, value programs, and consulting - including ambitions, market understanding, solution design and components, technology, partnerships, piloting and implementation planning, go-to-market planning, as well as evaluation of market opportunities and creation of business cases.
- You identify potential partners or M&A targets and develop a corresponding landscape in line with the ES strategy.
- You define business models and pricing strategies and ensure coordination with all relevant SHS stakeholders.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have a degree in healthcare, IT/technology, or business management with outstanding academic achievements; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, MD) is an advantage.
- You have many years of relevant professional experience in strategy, consulting, M&A, or related fields, ideally with a focus on digital or IT-driven healthcare portfolios.
- You have a proven ability to manage projects and drive change across organizational boundaries in an international environment.
- Experience in healthcare is a significant plus.
- Your profile is rounded off by a sound understanding of AI topics, digital solutions, and their role in clinical workflows.
Your attributes and skills:
- You have strong presentation and communication skills as well as excellent English skills, enabling you to communicate easily and on an equal footing with different business areas, cultures, and management levels in an international environment. German language skills are a plus.
- You work in a highly structured and independent manner and have excellent project management skills.
- You impress with your strong analytical skills and keen business acumen.
- You communicate professionally and confidently with internal and external senior stakeholders.
- You are self-motivated, proactively drive issues forward, and are highly implementation-oriented.
