Your Mission

As an IT Strategic Partner, you’ll bridge business units and IT teams, providing smart and scalable solutions for business needs. You’ll lead key transformation initiatives (global and local), ensuring seamless rollouts, strong local adoption, and continuous improvement of our processes and tools.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a Digital and AI business partner for Siemens Smart Infrastructure business units, ensuring alignment between business strategies and IT solutions.
• Attend to the Digital and AI requirements from our business units, supporting the business for automating or digitalizing the processes.
• Drive the adoption of global/local tools by local business teams, ensuring effective usage and integration.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Passion for digital transformation and AI.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
• Strong self-organization, teamwork, collaboration, initiative, proactivity, adaptability and communication skills.
• High Level of English minimum B2).
• SAP Knowledge is a plus.
