We are looking for a QA Engineer – Associate who is detail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow in software quality engineering. In this role, you will work closely with experienced QA and development teams, contribute directly to product releases, and continuously strengthen your testing and automation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior QA engineers in planning, designing, and executing test cases to validate product functionality and reliability.
- Develop and maintain manual and automated tests based on requirements and test diagnostics.
- Execute functional, regression, and integration testing, and clearly document defects and results.
- Assist with root-cause analysis of issues and collaborate with development teams on fixes.
- Contribute to improving test automation coverage and overall QA efficiency.
- Ensure product quality across Windows and Linux environments, including containerized deployments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience in manual and/or automated software testing, with hands-on use of test management tools and regression coverage.
- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, BDD-based approaches) and an interest in an automation-first mindset.
- Working knowledge of Linux fundamentals and scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or JavaScript, with exposure to cross-platform testing.
- Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern development tools (JIRA, GitHub/GitLab, Confluence).
- Exposure to microservices, cloud-native concepts, CI/CD practices, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies in an Agile environment.
