Localização

Perform the electrical calculations and prepare the designs and BOM in SAP, and create the documentation.
Identify and select the components based on given speciﬁcations; provide support to SP and manufacturing.
Work on cost reduction with innovative solutions to minimize the cost of offerings/products.
Analyze localization requirements and design/adapt products and solutions accordingly.
Provide support to manufacturing to solve technical issues.
Communicate with internal partners such as the execution team, quotation support team, and sales team, as well as external partners such as vendors, customers, and consultants.

B.E./B.Tech with 2–5 years of experience.
Experience in the development of energy-efficient asynchronous motors.
Has thorough knowledge in the design of three-phase induction motors and preferably has experience guiding team members to achieve KPIs.
Has basic knowledge of national and international standards governing motors.
