You'll make an impact by

• You support the Sales Excellence & Account Management team by collecting and analyzing account-specific and market-related data, contributing valuable insights for strategic decisions
• Building on this, you assist in preparing management documents and creating tailored materials for customers and market segments, helping to streamline daily operations
• Furthermore, you collaborate with your colleagues to implement initiatives that drive account penetration and enhance long-term customer loyalty within the Machining segment

This is how you'll win us over

• Education: You are successfully studying at a German university in the fields of industrial engineering, business administration, or a related discipline
• Experience and Skills:
  • Ideally, you have initial experience in Sales Strategy, Technical Sales, or related areas
  • You are proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and have an affinity for digital tools
  • Experience in market studies, demand generation (B2B), or sales excellence is an advantage
• Ways of Working: You are self-driven, reliable, a strategic thinker, and a strong team player
• Languages: You are fluent in spoken and written English and have a basic knowledge of German
