You’ll make an impact by 

  • You provide commercial support to our regional businesses by developing and executing global financial & sales strategies, acting as a primary contact for commercial topics at headquarters 
  • Building on this, you lead monthly business review meetings, including forecasting and annual budget planning, to ensure sales controlling aligns with overall business strategy and target achievement 
  • Furthermore, you support the administration of the Limit-of-Authority Process together with your technical partner, ensuring high-quality content for timely and transparent decision making across all stages of the sales process 
  • In addition, you challenge regional pricing strategies through Special Price Requests, safeguarding targeted margin quality and ensuring overall transparency 
  • Finally, you drive commercial project management governance by implementing PM@Siemens principles and SolNG in regional businesses, supporting complex offer structuring and negotiation with global key accounts while continuously optimizing finance-related processes 

This is how you'll win us over 

  • Education: You have a Master's degree with several years of professional experience or a Bachelor's degree with extensive professional experience in accounting, business administration, or a related field 
  • Experience & Skills
    • Profound expertise in project management, sales, and/or controlling, with a strong understanding of IFRS and internal business processes 
    • In-depth knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, business intelligence tools, and openness for new digital developments such as Artificial Intelligence 
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex problems and translate data into actionable insights 
  • Ways of working: You demonstrate adaptability, resilience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 
  • Languages: Excellent German and English communication skills (written and spoken)
