The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth in the electric vehicle (EV) charging segment. This role involves identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions for B2B and B2C customers, aligned with the company’s sustainability and mobility strategy.

Your mission will be… 
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for EV charging infrastructure (public, private, and fleet solutions).
  • Identify and prospect new clients (real estate, fleet operators, municipalities, energy partners).
  • Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, ensuring technical and financial feasibility.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs.


We are looking for someone with… 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in sales, preferably in energy, mobility, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and solution selling.
  • Understanding of EV charging technologies, energy management, and sustainability trends.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and incentives for electric mobility.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Availability for travel within the region.

Preferred Competencies:
  • Experience with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy and smart grid solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
