Drive innovation in logistics controlling and shape the financial strategy of our supply chain operations. At Siemens, you’ll manage cost centers, lead forecasting initiatives, and pioneer new methods that transform how we control and optimize logistics performance.

Join the Siemens Logistics Controlling team as a Financial Controlling Specialist on a fixed-term contract for 1.5 year. You’ll become a trusted partner for cost center management, reporting, and process innovation, ensuring our supply chain operates with financial excellence while driving continuous improvement in logistics controlling.

You'll create impact by:
  • Managing SI LOG cost centers including month-end, quarterly, and year-end closings, cost and headcount controlling, acting as the key contact for all related topics
  • Developing and implementing new methods and processes to continuously improve logistics controlling
  • Driving forecast and budget planning, including monthly rolling forecasts, annual budgets, analysis of data and management reporting
  • Preparing business case calculations and commercial assessments for logistics projects
  • Coordinating charges and service level agreements with internal and external partners, including tax-related and cross-border topics (HQ, business units, and regional centers)
  • Managing OPW productivity measures, tracking targets, supporting HQ, BU, and regional partners around the tool and methodology
  • Ensuring compliance and governance through internal controls (RIC), hedging calculations, and collaboration with audit teams

Your defining qualities:
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in finance, economy or related field
  • At least 3 years+ proven professional experience in financial controlling and reporting
  • Additional qualifications in financial controlling
  • Good knowledge of SAP FI/CO and MS Office
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g.Power BI)
  • Fluency in English, knowledge in German is a plus
