This key role acts as the “megaphone” for our Smart Infrastructure business with a key focus on our Electrical Products (EP) low-voltage power distribution business, enhancing its reputation and achieving measurable outcomes by driving awareness, perception, and demand generation. As a member of the Smart Infrastructure Communications team, this individual contributor will be responsible for partnering with the EP business to develop, execute and measure a communications strategy across the full communications mix to support the marketing objectives and the strategy for the EP business.
This is a hybrid position sharing time working from home office and the Atlanta area office 2-3 days a week or as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Includes the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Implement and manage various communication channels that help drive marketing and communication objectives as part of the complete communication program. (Elements can include, but not limited to, social media, digital communications, tradeshows, advertising, public relations, events, promotions, direct mail, brochures, website, audio-visual products, etc.)
- Research, create, and publish customer success stories, projects, products and innovations across multiple channels
- Partner with marketing and business leaders to develop and execute campaigns across multiple digital channels (product and/or account-based campaign)
- Website / Landing Pages
- SEO
- Paid Search
- Advertising Strategy
- Media partnerships
- Social media
- Annual strategic comms planning with marketing
- Work with Media Relations, position leaders in thought leadership roles (speaking engagements, interviews, panels, etc.) that support the business
- Collaborate with internal communications on plans that engage and inform, both internal and external audiences, and promoting the business messaging and internal awareness.
- Overall project management of tradeshows & events.
- Budget alignment, Management
- Monthly metrics reporting

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 7+ years successfully performing planning, directing and executing communications to both internal and external audiences.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of communication channels and how to apply them effectively
- Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, plan, and execute
- Prior experience with demand generation campaign development
- Experience with social media tools, digital marketing, and communications platforms
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% annually
- Proficiency in English both written and verbal
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Skills:
- Master’s in Marketing, Communications or Business
- A self-starter, but a collaborative partner. Someone who is highly organized, driven, curious and EXCITED!
- Proven communications skills with a demonstrated ability to research, analyze, plan, and execute
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Experience with demand generation campaign development
- Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, communication and networking skills
- Advanced teaming skills including cross-cultural abilities
- Project management skills with proven attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

- Interest in exploring new tools and continuous learning
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Experience with Eloqua, Wrike and Analytical platforms a plus

The pay range for this position is $66,973 - $114,811 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
