About the Job

The Director of Product Management for our Data & AI portfolio of solutions is a key member of the Product Leadership team and responsible for the strategy, vision, product roadmap and driving top line growth for our Asset Lifecycle Management solutions.
This role is responsible for championing Data & AI first organization attitude and partners closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, GTM, and Customer Success to ship scalable, compliant, and client centric products.

What you will do
  • Lead our Data & AI product portfolio of the business in partnership with other domain experts, product managers and key partners. This includes driving the vision and direction of an outcome-driven product roadmap, championing sales with clients and working alongside our Sales organization to help build the prospect pipeline and close key deals, and building out a third-party channel sales function.
  • Own and define multi-year product vision and strategy based on a deep understanding of building Data as a Product, AI/ML, Reporting, Analytics, and integrations aligned to company objectives and key results.
  • Act as an Accountable owner to create new revenue streams to support the current and future growth of the product across vertical and geographic markets. Achieve measurable adoption and revenue impact from Data/AI/Analytics offerings.
  • Ensure AI experiences are intuitive, explainable, and auditable; set policies for responsible AI.
  • Create awareness and educate the organization to drive an AI-first approach across teams and processes.
  • Act as a partner with the Commercial and Client Services organizations who serve our Asset Lifecycle Management clients to assist in driving new client bookings, optimizing our operational efficiency and retention/upsell of our existing client base – taking the lead often in analyzing metrics and identifying sales targets.
  • Act as owner and champion to collaborate across the Siemens business on Data & AI product strategy, product positioning, pricing, profitability, sales enablement and go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop a premier sensing approach to continuously identify client, competitor, technology, business model and market trends to discover and validate urgent and pervasive market problems.
  • Serve as the champion of the user experience and partner with UX/Design, Product counterparts and Professional Services to deliver a delightful user experience across all customer touchpoints.
What you need
  • The successful candidate will possess 7+ years minimum of general management and/or product management experience on a SaaS solution, platform, marketplace, or other software-led product in an agile B2B environment, and 15+ years of experience overall
  • Experience with building successful Data and AI products is a must.
  • Deep understanding of APIs and Integration is essential.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in civil, mechanical, chemical or electrical engineering, facility management, or other asset/infrastructure acumen-based field highly desired
  • M&A integration experience – business process and strategy integration, cultural alignment and ability to build a healthy functional team across geographies and cultures highly desired
  • Solid evidence of keeping commitments and delivering results
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze data to support decision making
  • Experience leading distributed teams (either as a direct manager or through informal leadership) and driving them toward a common customer and business vision all the way through to delivery
  • Experience developing talent including coaching, mentoring, and building a talent pipeline
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% of the time inside and outside of the US.

  • Exceptional client service ethic; comfort in communicating directly with senior executives, leaders at Manufacturing, educational institutions and government.

The pay range for this position is $145,156 - $248,839 annually with a target incentive of 20 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
