We are looking for: SAP Cutover / Release Deployment Manager

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including :

• Leading and implementing end‑to‑end SAP cutover and release deployment activities across sophisticated SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Defining, maintaining, and governing cutover and product release deployment frameworks aligned with program release plans
• Coordinating release deployments and cutovers across Agile projects, increments, and process teams
• Handling business and IT cutover activities, ensuring alignment and smooth transition from legacy to SAP systems
• Driving risk identification, mitigation planning, and contingency strategies for cutover and releases
• Collaborating closely with Release Management, Test Management, Data Migration, and Product Business partners
• Planning and delivering mock cutovers, system validations, and readiness checkpoints to ensure quality delivery
• Facilitating cutover and release stand‑ups, tracking execution, and ensuring timely delivery of increments
• Providing cockpit-based reporting and clear progress updates to participants
• Building and leading a strong network of cutover representatives across Agile projects
• Continuously improving cutover and release processes by implementing standard methodologies and efficiency improvements

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• 12+ years of shown experience in SAP cutover and release management, with multiple full‑cycle SAP implementations
• Strong hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and integration landscapes
• Shown expertise in planning, scheduling, and coordinating software releases in sophisticated environments
• Shown knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and ITIL processes
• Validated ability to balance multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast‑paced, multifaceted environment
• Good experience working with offshore and global teams
• Excellent partner management, communication, and partnership skills
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech), MCA, or equivalent from a reputed institution
• Certifications in Agile Release Trains, ITIL, PMP, or similar are helpful
• Proficiency with SAP Solution Manager as an ALM tool and SAP Signavio for business process modeling
• A continuous learner approach with willingness to adapt to new tools, technologies, and delivery models
