We are looking for a Product Owner to take end‑to‑end responsibility for a globally deployed Microsoft Dynamics 365 application. In this role, you will own the product roadmap, drive continuous development, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations including incident and ticket management.

Your Responsibilities

As a Product Owner, you will:

• Collaborate closely with global stakeholders, Product Managers, business teams, and Subject Matter Experts to understand requirements and translate them into actionable backlog items.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and detailed requirement definitions aligned with product strategy and stakeholder needs.
• Work with development teams to ensure requirements are well understood, refined, and efficiently implemented—removing bottlenecks, clarifying details, and supporting delivery throughout the sprint cycle.
• Drive the product roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365, balancing new feature development with technical enhancements and operational improvements.
• Oversee operational activities including ticket management, incident resolution, and root‑cause analysis to ensure stable and reliable system performance worldwide.
• Support with sprint planning, backlog refinement, review sessions, and other agile ceremonies.
• Establish and maintain product risk management, considering usability, security, scalability, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor product performance, including user satisfaction, adoption metrics, and operational KPIs, identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Clearly communicate product goals, priorities, and requirements to development teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and shared understanding.

What You Bring

To be successful, you should have:

• An IT background as a Product Owner or Project Manager in enterprise IT environments.
• Proven experience working as a Product Owner in an agile setup.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear and understandable messages.
• Solid technical understanding of software platforms, ideally with hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other Microsoft technologies.
• Experience in managing global applications, including operational support and incident resolution.
• Business‑fluent English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
