We are looking for: Commercial Project Manager,

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Financial and contractual management during the realization of the projects.
  • During the quotation phase, contribute to the preparation of an estimate and the quotation.
  • As part of a team, review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers.
  • Coordinating supporting processes (insurance, credit check, taxes).
  • In addition, as Commercial Project Manager you will also be involved in the execution of these projects. Hereby your activities mainly consist of:
  • Supporting the Risk & Claim strategy.
  • Displaying correct and timely management information in order to make timely adjustments.
  • Preparing Forecast/budget information with regard to the projects.
  • Calculating, negotiating and supervising changes.
  • Conduct and take part in regular project reviews - and be able to contribute on key commercial topics, e.g., actual vs forecast on key financial KPIs including overall outlook on revenue, EBIT, cash flow etc.
  • In this role, you will also be collaborating with world commercial project managers of our centralized Data Center organization in Germany and Netherlands..

Use your skills to move the world forward!

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a FINANCE related field
  • 9 to 13  years of experience working in a project-based business in a controlling or project finance related position
  • General knowledge and understanding of project controlling, accounting / finance, contract & subcontract management, and supply chain management.
  • Experience working on project/product teams supporting multiple projects and project managers and/or line managers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross functionally between departments.
  • Analytical and detailed oriented; ability to systematically work through complex topics.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proactive and results oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize dynamic work activities.
  • SAP and SAP Business Warehouse
  • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - with advanced Excel skills.
