We're seeking a dynamic and seasoned Scrum Master to join our technology and innovation team. This individual will have a pivotal role in executing agile ceremonies in support of teams designing and creating new technologies by working closely with data scientists, developers, and domain experts.

Core Responsibilities:

Agile Leadership
Lead Agile execution across software, platform, and DevOps teams.
Apply SAFe and Scrum practices in complex, high-reliability environments.
Align sprint execution with architecture, dependencies, and release goals.
Facilitate effective ceremonies, proactively manage risks, and remove impediments.
Promote strong team health and delivery predictability.
Agentic AI & Automation
Integrate AI tools to monitor sprint health, identify bottlenecks, and optimize workflows.
Automate Agile processes (e.g., reporting, backlog refinement, forecasting, release notes).
Embed AI agents into CI/CD pipelines and engineering toolchains.
Operationalize AI use cases such as:
Backlog decomposition and estimation
Build/test anomaly detection
Predictive sprint/PI forecasting
Risk and dependency mapping
Ensure responsible, secure, and reliable use of AI-driven outputs.
Technical Collaboration
Partner with engineers and architects to align delivery with technical realities.
Translate technical risks and dependencies into actionable plans.
Support DevOps, automation, and engineering best practices.
Help resolve systemic issues across services, pipelines, and infrastructure.
SDLC & Delivery Optimization
Drive improvements across the full SDLC (development, testing, deployment, observability).
Enhance delivery through AI-supported analytics and value stream insights.
Partner with DevOps to improve pipeline telemetry and real-time visibility.
Provide data-driven input into architecture and delivery decisions.
Metrics & Reporting
Own Agile metrics (cycle time, throughput, predictability) enhanced by AI insights.
Develop dashboards and reporting to support data-driven decisions.
Identify trends and improvement opportunities through AI-powered retrospectives.
Stakeholder Alignment
Align team delivery with product and organizational goals.
Communicate progress, risks, and insights clearly to stakeholders.
Support release readiness, compliance milestones, and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

Engineering background (e.g., Software Engineering, DevOps, SRE, QA Automation).
5+ years as a Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or Technical Program Lead in complex environments.
Strong understanding of software engineering (APIs, microservices, CI/CD, cloud).
Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, automation, or Agentic AI systems.
Experience supporting multi-team, technically complex programs.
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, GitHub/GitLab, Azure DevOps, AWS.
Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe, ICAgile).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience integrating AI agents into engineering workflows.
Background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes.
Strong knowledge of DevOps, security, and compliance automation.
Prior experience as a developer, QA engineer, or technical analyst.
Ability to translate data insights into strategic improvements.

The pay range for this position is 90,000 - 162,000 annually with a target incentive of 3-5 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
