Responsibilities:
  • Business development for existing and new SMO customers
  • Lead bid and tender preparations
  • Prepare and manage inquiries, offers, and quotations for spare parts and maintenance services
  • Serve as the point of contact for communication and coordination between customers and headquarters
  • Provide support for other bidding activities and customer service initiatives as needed

Requirements:
  • Strong English skills (verbal and written) required
  • Strong teamwork skills required
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills required (excel, word, powerpoint, outlook, etc.)
  • Willingness for frequent traveling within Taiwan
  • Customer orientation capability
  • Experience with Railway E&M Systems Business
  • Experience with Railway Customer Services
  • Practical experience such as mechanical / electronics repair of advantage
