Responsibilities:
  • Onshore representative, contact person and liaison manager towards the customer and external partners and stakeholders.
  • Attendance at meetings with stakeholders for technical clarification, ensure that information and requests are understood and distributed to the project teamm, follow up action items
  • Manage various subcontractors for 3rd party supplies and installation.
  • Manage and compliance with the quality, health, safety and environmental plans.
  • Provide concise status reporting and follow-ups to HQ and management. 
  • Communication of complex topics to multi-stakeholders. 
  • Manage several complex tasks, staff and organize materials, employees and sub-contractors.
  • Controlling and active managing of onshore cost to stay within project targets. 
  • Controlling of technical progress and performance, Overall quality control review of timely schedule update. manage time scheduling
  • Setting control points and take decisions to set an acceleration plan if required. 
  • Leadership of the project team members and team development. Assignment of project-specific tasks for team members.
  • Development and execution of the project realisation strategy in accordance with the contract
  • Release of official documents 

Requirements:
  • Experiences for design, assembly/installation or commissioning / testing of Metro Rolling Stock systems, equipment & communication interface activities of the project objectives. 
  • Build up network to achieve fast results. 
  • Able to focus on quality and timely delivery. 
  • Accuracy and reliability needed as well as the ability to get things right first time. 
  • Ability to guide, mentor and direct staff on site. 
  • Manage a team about 2-5 people and manage subcontractors.
  • Good communication skills with different stakeholders involved in the project.
