As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the site activities related to the delivery of Data Center Building Automation Systems. 
Site Manager is pivotal role ensuring the successful management of on-site operations. The onsite workforce will consist of individuals from diverse cultures and organizations within Siemens as well as third-party subcontractors. Flexibility, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment are essential to succeed in this role. 
This is a high-paced project working directly with an experienced general contractor and a demanding end customer, making the Site Manager critical to the project’s overall success. 

As a Site Manager, your primary responsibilities will include: 
  • Managing and supervising daily on-site activities to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of tasks. 
  • Leading the on-site project delivery team to meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 
  • Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with the agreed framework. 
  • Preparing and coordinating site work schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager. 
  • Organizing and managing on-site meetings and acting as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Maintaining compliance with all health and safety requirements on-site. 
  • Responding to communications promptly and ensuring effective coordination and information flow.

To be successful in this role, you must have: 
  • Significant experience working with building automation systems and data centers or similar environments. 
  • Strong working knowledge of a variety of manufacturers’ equipment, products, and systems within the industry.
  • The role requires fluency in English, as it is our primary language for communication and documentation. Another Nordic language is considered a bonus. 
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a diverse team. 
  • Strong people management skills, with a self-motivated and proactive approach to leadership. 
  • Good knowledge of networking and IT systems related to the field. 
  • Exceptional communication skills with a customer-focused and outgoing personality.

The following skills and qualifications are advantageous: 
  • Proficiency in PXC programming and commissioning. 
  • Experience working in the data center sector or in similar high-performance environments.
