You‘ll make a difference by

  • Executing assigned projects in alignment with contractual scope, technical specifications, approved schedule, and budget.
  • Preparing and maintaining detailed project execution plan, including engineering deliverables, procurement plan, manufacturing milestones, and site activities.
  • Coordinating with engineering teams to ensure timely submission, review, and approval of drawings and technical documents in line with contract requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance of designs and material specifications with customer requirements, IEC standards, and Siemens guidelines.
  • Identifying long-lead items, initiating purchase requisitions, and tracking material availability to ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinating with factory on manufacturing progress, FAT planning, inspections, and dispatch readiness.
  • Monitoring project milestones, proactively identifying risks, and implementing mitigation measures.
  • Ensuring implementation of project-specific EHS and Quality Plans in line with Siemens standards and contractual obligations.
  • Leading coordination meetings with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders on execution and technical matters.
  • Overseeing site execution activities including installation, testing, commissioning, and ensure readiness for final handover documentation.

Your success is grounded in

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in Project execution within power, electrification, or automation sectors
  • Understanding of electrical systems, including MV/LV distribution, protection and automation.
  • Ability to read, comprehend and translate engineering documents such as technical specifications, SLDs, manufacturing drawings etc
  • Strong commercial awareness and project management skills
  • Ability to work in cross-functional and matrix organizations
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
