You‘ll make a difference by

• Support achievement of order intake, revenue, and gross margin targets for the SI EA CS portfolio.
• Identify, qualify, and develop service sales opportunities including maintenance contracts, retrofits, modernization, and digital services.
• Support sales strategy execution in line with regional and country business targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and support key account activities.
• Prepare and manage end-to-end service proposals in accordance with Siemens bid management processes
• Coordinate with engineering, service operations, supply chain, finance, and legal functions
• Ensure accurate costing, pricing, and commercial terms aligned with Siemens profitability and risk guidelines
• Support contract negotiations, clarifications, and customer presentations
• Ensure timely submission of proposals with high quality and competitiveness
• Support technical clarification and solution development for:
• MV/LV switchgear systems and services
• Protection & automation systems
• Digital/IoT service solutions
• Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and technical discussions as required
• Ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements while adhering to Siemens standards

Your success is grounded in

• Ensure strict compliance with Siemens sales, commercial, legal, and risk management processes
• Maintain and update opportunity pipeline in CRM tools
• Prepare sales forecasts, order intake reports, and management updates
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in sales and proposal processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in sales, proposals, or service business within power, electrification, or industrial automation sectors
• Prior experience in OEM or service-based organizations preferred
