Order Management Deliver Professional
Roles & Responsibilities

Execute customer orders in line with delivery schedules, planned costs, and contractual commitments.

Ensure adherence to project management processes, quality systems, and statutory requirements.

Monitor project performance parameters and drive risk mitigation and profitability improvement initiatives.

Process and manage claims, variations, and commercial adjustments as required.

Own accountability for revenue realization, delivery reliability, and order flow compliance with organizational policies.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (CFT), vendors, procurement, and customers to ensure seamless execution.

Engage regularly with key customers, address concerns proactively, and initiate corrective actions to enhance satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and partners to support business growth and company reputation.
What We’re Looking For
-
B.E. (Electrical / Electronics / Power Systems or related field).
-
5–7 years of relevant experience in order execution / project management / customer-facing roles.
-
Strong understanding of project management principles and contractual compliance.
-
Working knowledge of procurement processes and vendor coordination.
-
Hands-on experience with SAP.
-
Good technical understanding of Protection Relays and related systems.
-
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining delivery reliability and cost control.
