We are looking for: Senior Frontend Software Developer & Technical Lead

You’ll break new ground by:

• Develop and optimize modern, high-performance web applications.
• Transform UI/UX designs into high-quality frontend components.
• Integrate AI-powered features and tools into the frontend experience.
• Act as the technical lead for frontend projects, ensuring architectural consistency, security, availability, performance and scalability
• Define coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines.
• Drive technical decisions and provide mentorship on technology choices.
• Contribute to cost optimization, resource management, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategy with business goals.
• Evaluate new technologies, including AI frameworks, and propose improvements to the tech stack.
• Contribute to long-term technical roadmap and architecture planning.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• 7–12 years of frontend development experience in enterprise‑grade applications
• Proven experience leading technical teams, modules, or frontend projects
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Angular and React, Python
• Proven experience with Micro‑frontend architectures, remote module integration, and shared libraries
• Good understanding of proven principles, develop patterns, and frontend system design
• Experience building responsive, accessible, and internationalized user interfaces
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and frontend‑backend integration
• Hands‑on experience with frontend performance optimization: Lazy loading, Code splitting, Caching strategies, Efficient rendering, Event‑driven updates (e.g., WebSockets. Webhooks)
• Experience with unit testing, mocking, and test automation frameworks
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitHub
• Experience ensuring code quality through code reviews and tools like SonarQube
• Familiarity with DevOps culture and observability/monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk
