We are looking for: Lead Software Engineer – (Full Stack Lead developer)

You’ll make an impact by:

• Lead analysis of software requirements and functional specifications in accordance with business needs.
• Develop, design software solutions based on requirements and within the constraints of architectural /design guidelines.
• You will validate software requirements, provide software feasibility analysis and software effort estimation.
• Accurate translation of software architecture into design and code.
• C create and maintain technical documentation (requirements, design, code, test). Ensure delivery conforms to organizational and project quality requirements.
• Guide Scrum team members on all design topics & implementation consistency against the design/architecture.
• Involved in coding of features and/or bug-fixing and delivering solutions adhering to coding and quality guidelines, for self-owned components.
• Guide the team in test automation design and also towards implementation of the same.
• Collaborate with multiple partners on requirements analysis, software design, component integration, and continuous delivery.
• Lead the design and development of applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8 - 13 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in senior roles.
• Expertise in Angular, Java script, Typescript, full stack and cloud
• Experience in Web Sockets, Python and Linux
• Strong command of object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Proven experience in Windows application development.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Cloud development environment and technologies
• Knowledge on Linux will be added advantage
• Good knowledge on Cloud ( AWS, Docker, Kubernetes), Git , CI-CD, unit testing
• Prior experience in C++ would be added advantage
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture patterns and standard processes
• Establish coding standards and protocols across development teams.
• Collaborate with partners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide developers in applying SOLID principles and design patterns.
• Oversee the integration of legacy systems, including Fortran-based applications.
• Conduct architectural reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Support Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Fix and resolve high-level technical issues and bottlenecks.
• Ensure seamless user experience through effective frontend architecture (WPF, WinForms).
