Our team is growing, and we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Product Expert to join our team within our Core Laboratory Solution business. In this role, you will bridge your technical excellence and commercial excellence within clinical chemistry and immunochemistry, supporting both pre- and post-sales activities.

You will be a key stakeholder throughout the entire customer journey, working closely with the Commercial team of Key Account Managers and the Service team of Field Service Engineers to ensure seamless and successful customer experience when it comes to commercial planning, scientific and commercial sale, implementation, customer training, and support of Siemens Healthineers diagnostics products.

Fluent Norwegian language skills are required. You will be based in Norway, ideally in and around the Oslo area. There is a degree of travel in this role with occasional overnight stay within Norway.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Support

  • Present and demonstrate the clinical and diagnostic value of Siemens Healthineers products to potential and existing customers.
  • Provide pre-sales technical training and commercial strategies to key internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in product launches and customer/user meetings
  • Participate in marked analysis, develop commercial strategies and engage on a scientific and commercial level with external key stakeholder to drive uptake of new products.
  • Best practice knowledge sharing with peers

Customer Support

  • Ensure a timely and successful implementation of Siemens Healthineers diagnostic products at customer sites.
  • Take ownership of installation and implementation projects, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in agreement with customer expectations and internal Siemens Healthineers quality standards.
  • Plan and coordinate hand-on and theoretical customer training, both during the implementation phase and after implementation.
  • Provide timely and high quality first-line customer support on Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics products to meet customer expectations.
  • Promote and distribute customer-facing documentation to meet regulatory requirements and compliance in accordance with contract obligations.
  • Foster and maintain a strong customer relationship by focusing on collaboration, follow-up, and customer partnership.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Medical Sciences, Medical Technology, Cand. Scient, Ph.d. or equivalent.
  • A solid background within clinical chemistry and immunochemistry laboratory diagnostics is mandatory.
  • Preferably experience highlighting the clinical value of diagnostic product by communicating on a scientific level with key stakeholders such as clinical doctors or medical scientists.
  • Knowledge about laboratory workflows and total laboratory automation.
  • Experience with implementation, verification, and validation of diagnostic products within clinical chemistry and immunochemistry.
  • A customer-oriented, data driven and analytical mindset with a focus on quality and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good IT-skills, with a strong interest in laboratory-IT, middleware and automation.
  • Preferably experience with DS/EN ISO-15189 and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English languages.
  • Drivers license is mandatory
