We are looking for: Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack Developer)

You’ll make an impact by:

• Develop responsive, user-friendly UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript and frameworks like Angular, React.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive designs and optimize performance.
• Ensure consistent design and smooth user experience across devices.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git, Azure DevOps etc.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Experience in developing across multiple environments like Mobile, Tablets etc and Operating systems like Android, IOS etc would be a value add.
• Experience in working with SAFe/Agile practices.
• Participate in user testing and apply feedback to improve interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices.

• Advanced Degree: Engineering degree (B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc) or Computer Science, Software Engineering.
• Extensive Experience: 10+ years of progressive software development experience with demonstrated growth in technical complexity and leadership responsibilities
• Advanced Frontend Mastery: Demonstrating expert-level proficiency in Angular v19+, ES6+, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS
• Having comprehensive mastery of Angular ecosystem including advanced concepts like custom decorators, dynamic component loading, micro-frontends, Angular Elements,
• Modern Technology Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with latest versions of frameworks, libraries, and development tools, with a track record of successful technology migrations and upgrades
• Proven ability to design and implement large-scale, distributed systems with consideration for scalability, maintainability, and performance
• Demonstrated expertise across multiple technology stacks, programming languages, and development paradigms with ability to quickly adapt to new technologies
• Track record of introducing new technologies, improving development processes, and driving technical innovation within organizations
• Excellent mentoring skills with experience building and leading high-performing development teams
• Proven team player with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, cross-functional collaboration, and remote team coordination.
