We are looking for job title : Data Engineer
You’ll create impact by
- Applying strong data engineering principles to develop robust data solutions.
- Designing, building, and developing technical solutions aligned with business strategy and future requirements.
- Developing and detailing analysis reports and dashboards.
- Developing and maintaining data models using the modern data stack, including Snowflake and dbt.
- Maintaining and performing bug fixes for customer service applications.
- Supporting the setup and maintenance of test environments.
- Supporting IT infrastructure activities as needed.
- Crafting, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and supporting various data flows, views, and procedures in line with established specifications and business requirements.
- Collaborating with multi-functional teams across AIDA and the Asia Pacific region to deliver scalable solutions.
- Providing technical mentorship and support to drive AI adoption across business units.
- Supplying to internal knowledge sharing and best‑practice development.
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 4–7 years of experience in Data Engineering, specifically with Snowflake, dbt, and SQL.
- Proven ability to write and optimize sophisticated SQL queries, including using various joins (inner, left, cross, etc.) based on business needs.
- Experience in database performance optimization, query analysis, security protocols, and issue resolution.
- Hands‑on experience crafting and maintaining views, stored procedures, and other database objects.
- Proven understanding of database fundamentals, including relational and multifaceted database compose.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills across develop, development, and testing activities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate efficiently with partners and end users.
- Ability to clearly communicate issues, risks, and new requirements to the delivery team.
- Process‑oriented demeanor and strong team‑player demeanour.
- Proven ability to deliver projects to successful completion.
- Good communication and partner leadership skills.
- Passion for solving real‑world problems through technology.
- Cloud or database/warehouse technology certifications are a plus.
