Key Responsibilities

1. Sustainment & Operations

  • Maintain and document established processes.

  • Manage plant layout changes and modifications.

  • Coordinate calibration, process validation, and fixture validation documentation.

  • Support capacity planning, line balancing, and line design.

  • Assist in change management and building maintenance coordination.

  • Maintain MSDS documentation for production materials.

2. Process Improvement & Automation

  • Support new product and technology introduction.

  • Drive automation and digitalization of existing processes.

  • Coordinate equipment purchases and automation projects.

  • Generate cost savings through VAM, 3i initiatives, and Kaizen activities.

  • Implement tools and techniques to improve productivity and reduce assembly time.

3. Compliance & Sustainability

  • Lead energy-saving initiatives and EnMS audits.

  • Support internal audits and EHS implementation activities.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Production Engineering (or related field).

  • 1–5 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or automation roles.

  • Basic understanding of automation, digitalization, and data analysis concepts.

  • Exposure to tools such as IDEAs, AutoCAD, Power BI, PLCs, or similar systems will be an added advantage.

  • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capability.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.

  • Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
