In this role you will work a hybrid work model sharing time between home and office. You will work from Orlando, FL or Atlanta, GA.
The Statement of Work Program Manager is responsible for the implementation, governance, and ongoing management of the Statement of Work (SOW) program within the Siemens Flex-Force contingent workforce model. This role ensures SOW engagements are compliant, cost-effective, and operationally efficient, while aligning with enterprise procurement, legal, finance, and workforce strategies
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and rollout of the SOW module within SAP Fieldglass, including process design, stakeholder alignment, and change management.
- Establish and maintain SOW governance, including classification standards, approval workflows, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SOW suppliers and business stakeholders, supporting the full SOW lifecycle from intake through closeout.
- Ensure proper separation between time and material labor and SOW based services to mitigate co-employment and misclassification risk.
- Oversee financial management of SOW engagements, including spend tracking, forecasting, invoice validation, and cost optimization.
- Monitor supplier performance, deliverables, milestones, and service levels; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance, HR, and IT to standardize SOW templates, contract terms, pricing models, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain SOW reporting and analytics to support governance, compliance, and executive decision making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5–10 years of experience managing SOW engagements, services procurement, or contingent workforce programs.
- Strong understanding of procurement, contract lifecycle management, and services sourcing.
- Experience with SAP Fieldglass or similar VMS platforms
- 10% travel will be required
- Proficiency in English both written and verbal
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA preferred.
- Proven ability to operate in a cross functional environment and to engage senior stakeholders.
- Certified Contingent Workforce Professional Certification
- A high degree of original and independent thinking in often undefined areas.

The pay range for this position is $74,970 - $128,520 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
