We are looking for Project Manager

You’ll make a difference by

• Project management of key projects in the organization
• Define and agree with the scope of the project with respective stakeholders including management
• Develop detailed workplan and schedule clearly indicating the roadmap
• Focus on Timeline, cost and quality of the project
• Define and monitor project KPIs e.g. CAPEX / OPEX / Timeline / Target cost index / NCC/ resources for execution
• Collaborate with Head Quarter for various functions required to bring excellence in execution of the project
• Identify and monitor project critical path in various areas like supply chain, capacity and localization topics
• Experience in Project management, engineering or manufacturing of Traction motors and Gearbox
• Acting as a bridge between technical team and internal and external stakeholders
• Work with vendors and external partners for technology and infrastructure requirements
• Identify risks and mitigation measures and monitor with respective stakeholders
• Focus on early detection of failures and raise timely alarm to management with possible mitigation measures
• Decision on make or buy based on cost, capacity and technology analysis
• Experience in oPLM process implementation

Desired Skills:

·       Mechanical / Electrical engineer with at least 10 to 15 years’ experience in Project Management (oPLM)

·       Strong communication skills in English, Interpersonal relations Management & Focus on result orientation

·       Inter-cultural sensitivity especially while closely working with teams in Germany, USA is essential

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on building relationships, providing constructive feedback, and fostering collaboration.
• Fluent in English and on B2-level in German language.
