Workday Absence & Security Specialist (m/f/d)
- to embark on a crucial journey within our Global Workday Operations Team to drive and optimize important technical designs and changes for Absence Management and Security;
- Team-up with other Workday Experts in a global team servicing countries across various continents by managing and improving Absence Management and our Security Concept in Workday;
- Analyze existing data and information to derive and strategize effective solutions or fixes for Absence Management and Security;
- Work with the team to align, manage and realize operational activities, improvements and the Workday Release.
- 3+ Years General Technical Workday experience
- 2+ Years Technical Workday experience dedicated to Workday Absence Management & Security
- Good Knowledge for Workday Security includes areas like access groups and access concepts, security roles & groups, intersection security groups and user authentication while Absence Management includes areas like Absence calendars, leaves, eligibilities
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, showcasing analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong Excel skills, including experience with macros and the ability to work with data effectively.
- Academic experience or practical knowledge in Information Technology or Digital Systems/Services/Products, experience in IT Operations, Testing or Service Management is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with an eagerness to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Workday Trainings / certifications in focus area is a plus
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies, with a willingness to undergo training and development.
- Eagerness to contribute positively to the team's dynamics and ethos, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
