Software Implementation and Integration Manager

Your Role – Impactful, Meaningful And Future-Oriented
- Provide technical leadership and oversee the software implementation and integration phase, including development and deployment.
- Lead and manage software development and deployment teams comprising Business Intelligence (BI), Web Application Developers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and DevOps Engineers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate and manage resources to ensure the successful execution of the software implementation workstream.
- Ensure all cybersecurity requirements on project and product solutions are met, activities include conducting security architecture reviews, threat modelling, vulnerability assessments, and remediation planning for customer-facing digital services.
- Track progress and monitor impediments, risks, issues, and change requests throughout the implementation phase.
- Engage with customers and manage stakeholder expectations and requirements.
- Identify key weaknesses in the current software implementation process and drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product managers, project and product solution architects, to ensure the right solutions are implemented.
- Manage vendor performance and delivery quality, including security compliance, contractual obligations, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid
- University Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in a technical lead role within software development or integration architecture.
- Proven end-to-end experience across the full software development lifecycle and implementation.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and structured system development approaches.
- Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Kafka, HBase, Cassandra, Hive, Presto, Spark).
- Experience in Cloud Technology (e.g. AWS, Azure)
- Experience in low-code platforms (e.g. Mendix)
- Technical experience and/or knowledge in the following areas: Business Intelligence, Data Governance, Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence
- Strong Experience in DevOps processes and tools (automation, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CICD), configuration management, serverless architecture)
- Strong grasp of IT governance, operations, systems engineering, and IT security.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work, both personally and at a team level.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without formal authority.
