The Electrical Products (EP) Business Unit offers a full range of low-voltage power distribution and control products that deliver safe, reliable, and efficient electrical solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial markets. 

We are looking for a Senior Supervisor, which must be flexible to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed! to join our team! This position will be based at our Fort Worth, TX site. The Senior Supervisor is responsible for leading, directing, and overseeing manufacturing operations with full accountability for productivity, output, quality, safety, and overall operational performance. This role ensures effective coordination of staffing, workflows, and daily production activities while driving process optimization through Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Own key operational KPIs including safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and labor efficiency.
  • Monitor performance trends, identify gaps, and implement countermeasures.
  • Communicate status, risks, and recovery plans clearly to management and stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify operational risks impacting safety, quality, delivery, or cost.
  • Make timely, data-driven decisions to protect customer commitments and business results.
  • Lead recovery efforts during abnormal situations, outages, or demand changes
  • Support budget adherence and labor cost control within assigned areas.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, ISO, and other applicable quality and safety standards in manufacturing.
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Manufacturing,
  • Proven success delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Experience managing vendor and supplier contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred), project management platforms (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, production schedules, and KPIs.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

The pay range for this position is $82,538 - $141,494 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
