We are looking for: Project Manager - Cross topics and Governance

You’ll make an impact by:

• Own and coordinate audit-related topics within IT Digital Foundation, ensuring preparedness, documentation, and follow-up actions
• Drive risk management activities, including identification, assessment, mitigation tracking, and reporting
• Act as the single point of contact for governance-related topics across IT DF
• Serve as the main interface to P&O (People & Organization) for IT DF
• Support and coordinate organizational changes and reorganizations
• Lead and maintain job title, business title, role and designation related topics in coordination with relevant partners
• Lead all aspects of Teams channel management, including integration with P&O-related lists
• Ensure ongoing maintenance of distribution lists to support communication and compliance
• End-to-end responsibility for full-package organization of workshops and events
• Lead location selection and booking, including event venues and hotels
• Handle invitation processes, participant tracking, and communication
• Own agenda planning, including organizational and strategic planning sessions
• Coordinate and structure content planning in collaboration with speakers and leadership
• Prepare and structure strategy presentations and management-ready slides
• Develop decision templates to support leadership decision-making
• Define, track, and communicate target achievements for overall IT DF
• Consolidate strategic inputs into clear, structured, and actionable outputs
• Lead and coordinate special projects spanning multiple IT DF topics
• Drive cross-topic initiatives with a validated focus on alignment and execution
• Own and maintain IT DF inventory topics
• Develop and maintain strategy overview slides providing a coordinated IT DF perspective
• Own Spotlight session planning, including:Topic selection; Speaker identification and coordination; Session moderation
• Ensure Spotlight sessions support critical communication and knowledge sharing

Use your skills to move the world forward!

• MBA (HR / Operations / Business Analytics)
• 10+ years of strong project and program management capabilities
• Experience in strategy development and executive-level communication
• Solid understanding of organizational governance, audits, and risk management
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes
• Excellent presentation and documentation skills
• High level of ownership and accountability
• Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style
• Strong communication and moderation skills
• Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams
• Comfortable operating between strategy and execution
