We are looking for Senior Transformation Lead
As a Senior Transformation Lead, you will operate at a global enterprise level, driving and orchestrating complex IT and organizational transformation initiatives across Siemens IT. You will work at the intersection of IT strategy and execution, governance, and people transformation, enabling sustainable value creation across regions and functions.
This role is ideal for professionals with a strong consulting foundation, proven transformation leadership experience, and the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands on execution in complex, matrixed environments.
You’ll break new ground by:
- Translate IT strategy into structured transformation roadmaps, prioritized initiatives, and measurable outcomes
- Rapidly structure and lead strategic and ad hoc transformation topics spanning:
- Organization design and development
- People and capability transformation
- Communication, engagement, and large scale change programs
- Build and deliver end to end organizational transformation journeys, combining big picture systems thinking with data driven insights and execution rigor
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior IT leaders, IT execution teams, governance bodies and other global stakeholders
- Ensuring alignment, transparency, and value realization
- Prepare executive level decision materials, transformation dashboards, and management updates with strong facilitation, moderation, and executive communication capabilities
- Collaborate closely with experts from IT, People & Organization (P&O), Communications, Legal, and regional teams
- This is a high‑impact individual contributor role with direct access and reporting to the Department Head, acting‑as‑proxy responsibility, and clear opportunities for accelerated growth.
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including
- A master’s degree (MBA from a Tier 1 institution) in a relevant field and strong experience in outstanding strategic management consulting combined with profound understanding of Siemens
- Strong academic foundation in Strategy, Operations, Business Analytics, HR, consulting or related disciplines
- 10–15 years of professional experience with proven track record to quickly navigate complex, strategic and ad hoc topics with strong conceptual and analytical skills, strategic perspective paired with hands-on execution
- Exposure to global labour laws, workforce regulations, and employee representation frameworks in an international context.
- Broad understanding of enterprise IT landscapes, digital trends, operating models, and governance
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across cultures, hierarchies, and geographies
- Confidence engaging with senior leadership and governance forums
