IT Application Manager ServiceNow Application Manager
Dear Aspirant!
We empower our people to stay resilient and relevant in a constantly changing world. We’re looking for people who are always searching for creative ways to grow and learn. People who want to make a real impact, now and in the future. Does that sound like you? Then it seems like you’d make a great addition to our vibrant international team.
We are looking for: ServiceNow Service Integration Consultant
You’ll make an impact by:
- Taking end‑to‑end operational ownership of the ACP application on ServiceNow and ensuring availability, performance, reliability, and data quality.
- Running incident, problem, change, and release processes in line with ITIL and SIAM, and meeting SLAs across L1/L2/L3 support.
- Acting as the single point of accountability for participants, coordinating with ServiceNow platform teams, vendors, SIAM partners, security, and asset owners.
- Ensuring governance, risk, and compliance (auditability, change logs, data integrity) and maintaining clear RACI between Application Owner, Responsible Units, and Business Representatives.
- Handling the application lifecycle (onboarding, improvements, deprecations, controlled rollouts) and driving continuous improvement in UX, performance, reporting, and processes.
- Keeping ACP data consistent and complete; enabling reports, dashboards, and data exports for business, security, and compliance, and partnering with analytics teams for Service Intelligence use cases.
- Leading UAT, data‑migration checks, and launch readiness; supervising and resolving risks, defects, and prerequisites; and supporting training/adoption with OCM and communications.
- Providing visible plans and roadmaps—what is in scope, what is feasible, and what is planned across releases.
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:
- 8+ years in IT Application/Service Management within global, matrix environments.
- Strong ServiceNow experience (preferably myIT/CMDB/Business Application modules) and hands‑on ITIL, SIAM, and application lifecycle management.
- Solid grasp of application governance, data models, and integrations, with exposure to risk, compliance, security, or asset management processes.
- Proven skills in UAT coordination, data migration, audit readiness, and SLA‑driven operations.
- Analytical, documentation, and reporting strengths; clear, confident participant communication and expectation management.
- A strong ownership demeanour, with a structured, diligent, quality‑focused approach and the ability to balance stability vs. change in a regulated environment.
