Today, we are recruiting for a Junior Procurement Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

What are my responsibilities?

• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams regarding orders status, deliveries, and documentation.

• Analyzes operational logistic status, informs involved stakeholders adequately - and derives and implements alternative measures to adapt to changing situations.
• Assists with logistics activities, including customs clearance, local transport, and material tracking in Saudi Arabia.
• Maintains, updates and communicates relevant information (regarding master data, delivery schedules, stock-and-order status and contract information) from suppliers, procurement, and logistic service providers.
• Support compliance with local regulations and project requirements.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Familiar with Saudi Arabian logistics and sourcing procedures, including customs and local vendors.
• Basic understanding of import/export and supply chain processes.
• Willingness to learn and develop
