Job Requirements / Qualifications Education: Graduate in any stream / Diploma in Supply Chain or Material Management. Experience: Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience handling stores, dispatch, or job work/subcontracting operations. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP(MM Module) and strong proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint (for MIS Reports).
Job Description Supervise the end-to-end material inward system, ensuring 100% accurate physical verification against supplier documents. Execute and manage high-accuracy SAP transactions including: Standard Goods Receipt Notes (GRN),High Seas Sales (HSS) GRN posting, Import GRN and In-Transit GRN tracking and closures Manage day-to-day material issuing processes and perform real-time stock consumption/issue postings in SAP based on Material Issue slips/Job work Request. Production Order Posting to ensure accurate stock conversion tracking (CO27+MIGO Bunching - SAP transaction) Supervise the secure packaging of loose spares, machining components, and finished goods to eliminate transit damage. Generate and validate Packing list release Process in SAP. Strategically plan daily/weekly dispatches, collaborating closely with OM, Workshop, Production, and commercial stakeholders. Coordinate actively with the internal/external logistics team for timely vehicle placements & delivery. Coordinate with Commercial team for Returnable/Non-returnable Gate pass and dispatch documentation. Plan and execute cycle counting and periodic physical inventory and Fixed Assets Verification to maintain zero-variance system accuracy. Scrap Management – Segregation, Storage and disposal of factory scrap, obsolete materials, and hazardous/non-hazardous waste. Tracking of consumables inventory levels and raise timely purchase requests(SAP) for packaging materials, warehouse consumables, and office stationery. Oversee the operation, safety compliance, daily checklist maintenance, and utilization of MHE (Forklifts, Stackers, Pallet trucks) within the plant. Ensure the timely calibration of tools, tackles, and heavy/light weighing scales to preserve quality standards. Exposure in internal and external ISO audits, ensuring absolute regulatory compliance and process documentation. Identify process bottlenecks in warehouse and proactively recommend structural improvements to optimize resource utilization. Implement robust Lean practices (5S, Kaizen, FIFO) to maintain warehouse housekeeping and maximize space utilization. Familiar with advanced MS Excel features (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas) and prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for monthly management reviews.
