Job Description - General Manager - Corporate Accounts

The candidate must have over 15 years of experience in the capital medical equipment sector, managing annual business exceeding 15 million Euro. Preference is given to those experienced in managing large accounts or chains. This individual contributor role involves managing assigned corporate accounts across India, building long-term relationships, understanding strategic priorities, and developing value-added programs. The position demands expertise in strategic analysis, business development, and executive communication, with exposure to complex problem-solving and C-level decision-making

Key Responsibilities
• Managing pan-India activities for assigned corporate accounts.
• Building and sustaining long-term relationships with these accounts.
• Understanding the strategic priorities of accounts and developing tailored value-added programs.
• Achieving year-over-year growth in sales and revenue for imaging, therapy, ultrasound equipment, and customer service from the assigned accounts.
• Developing effective strategies for long-term contractual agreements.
• Preparing and adhering to annual account plans.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders for all account-related activities

Required Skills and Experience
• Proven experience handling annual business exceeding 15 million EURO.
• Strong relationship-building skills from KoLs and up to C-suite executives.
• Ability to become a trusted advisor to corporate accounts, including CXOs and senior management, by understanding their challenges and communicating how Siemens Healthineers solutions address these needs.
• Capability to create and maintain cross-functional relationships.
• Accurate forecasting skills for quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales and revenue.
• Self-driven with a passion for working with large accounts in capital medical equipment

Education:
The candidate should have a Bachelor of Engineering degree. A postgraduate qualification in strategy, marketing, or finance is considered an added advantage.
