Roles and responsibilities:

1. Monthly production planning, job prioritization and execution of production plan, monitoring and maintaining KIP’s like ‘Delivery reliability’, Extra cost, Overall Equipment effectiveness, etc.

2. Monitoring and balancing ‘manpower and machine capacity’, planning deployment of man & machine for every shift.

3. Timely arrangement of Tools, materials, and other requirements (consumables, spares) to support production execution.

4. Supporting new development, improvements, qualifying new tools, Machine and Processes etc.

5. Maintaining shop records i.e., production records, incentive calculation, ISO documentation etc.

6. Implementation of 5'S' and EHS in the department, training, and development of workmen; Quality improvement and Cost reduction, capacity balancing, safety improvements etc.

7. Working in all 3 shifts

Education and Experience:

1. Diploma/ITI in Plastics Technology with 2 - 3 years relevant experience

2. Proficiency in Injection Molding of Engineering Thermoplastic & Thermoset materials processing,

3. Knowledge of Molding tools & Tool repairs.

4. EHS and quality standards.

5. Handling of skilled manpower .
