What Part Will You Play?

Every day we solve a different challenge. Our in-house consultants help Siemens to optimize processes with a focus on Value creation, analyze data to support company strategy by data driven decisions or run Co-creation workshops with customers to uncover hidden optimization potential. 

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst.

Our team focus includes:
  • We work closely with customers to identify the best solutions for smooth project execution and effective problem resolution
  • We are a proactive team of consultants, working on customer projects across various locations.
  • We optimize processes and build new solutions to solve customer problems with high initiative and flexibility.
  • We transform data into insights for management decisions.
  • We act as sparring partners for clients when implementing digital solutions.
  • We adopt new technologies and inspire others to do the same.
  • We constantly challenge each other to learn new things, build new capabilities, and share knowledge across the team. 
What you need to make real what matters:
  • Relevant professional experience in Project management, Process analysis and Process improvement following LEAN principles. 
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Interest in finding new AI driven solutions for old standards.
  • Patience and agility when confronted with difficult situations and resilience under high pressure.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate ideas convincingly in English (German and other languages are a plus).
  • Deep intercultural understanding and enjoyment of working in an international environment.
  • Ability to think strategically while balancing long-term goals with practical project execution.
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel, mostly within Europe.
