What part will you play?

As a Spatial Experience Designer, you will create inspiring environments that transform ideas, stories, and brands into engaging spatial experiences. You combine architecture, scenography, and storytelling to develop innovative concepts for physical, hybrid, and digital environments

Your responsibilities

• You develop creative spatial concepts for exhibitions, trade fairs, customer experiences, management events, visitor centers, and branded environments.
• You rethink spaces and create innovative scenarios that inspire audiences and strengthen emotional connections with our brand.
• You develop design concepts covering scenography, layout, atmosphere, visual storytelling, interaction, and visitor flow.
• You ensure the creative and consistent implementation of corporate design principles across all spatial touchpoints.
• You advise internal and external stakeholders on the possibilities of physical, virtual, and hybrid environments and identify the most effective design solutions.
• You visualize concepts through sketches, presentations, renderings, CAD plans, and design studies.
• You collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, agencies, architects, production partners, and customers to bring concepts to life.
• You identify emerging design trends, technologies, and creative opportunities and translate them into innovative communication experiences.
• You act as the creative guardian of the design vision throughout the entire project lifecycle.

What you need to make real what matters.

• You hold a degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Scenography, Exhibition Design, Spatial Design, or a comparable discipline.
• You have several years of professional experience in live communication, exhibition design, experiential marketing, scenography, or related creative fields.
• You have a strong design vision and a passion for developing spatial experiences and immersive environments.
• You are able to transform complex requirements into clear, compelling, and aesthetically convincing design solutions.
• You have extensive experience with corporate design systems and know how to apply them creatively to physical environments.
• You recognize design potential and continuously develop innovative ideas and concepts.
• You possess excellent CAD planning and visualization skills, ideally using Vectorworks and Enscape.
• Additional experience in media production, motion design, video creation, or event management is a plus.
• You quickly adapt to new topics and feel comfortable working in agile and interdisciplinary projects.
• You enjoy collaborating across global teams and digital environments.
• You are a proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented personality with a strong sense of ownership and design excellence
