The Electrical Products (EP) Business Unit offers a full range of low-voltage power distribution and control products that deliver safe, reliable, and efficient electrical solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
We are looking for a 2nd Shift Assembler Supervisor. This is the gateway position on your career roadmap that may include advancement within front line production, production control, supply chain, continuous improvement, quality or safety management, project management, or customer service. This position will be based at our Grand Prairie, TX site (a large, multi-function site with many opportunities to grow your career in manufacturing)! This position is eligible for paid overtime. Must have some flexibility to work weekends on a rotational basis as work demand requires
You’ll make a difference by:
- Maintain our record of world class level safety performance.
- Support quality programs in driving down scrap and rework costs.
- Demonstrate a high caliber of skill with problem-solving and decision-making amid shifting work priorities and supply chain material challenges.
- Build, upskill, and motivate a high-quality team of electromechanical assemblers.
- Ensure the fewest possible supply chain disruptions through partnering and engaging with production planning, engineering, fabrication, warehouse, and other internal functions.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years in a supervisory position
- 1 or more years of hands-on experience in electromechanical assembly
- Must have 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience and/or education relevant to the electromechanical assembly of products like switchboards and switchgear
- Experience as a leader of people and manager of direct reports.
- Strong background and exposure to a mix of safety, quality, and/or continuous improvement concepts and initiatives.
- Experience with project management including direct responsibility over objectives and deliverables.
- Proficiency with enterprise systems such as SAP, manufacturing process software, and Microsoft office functions.
- Very Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The pay range for this position is $66,200.00 - $113,520.00 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
