  • Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and tailor training programs to meet specific requirements, ensuring that participants gain relevant knowledge applicable to their job roles.
  • Collaborate with Experts: Regularly connect with Product Lifecycle Managers, engineering, services, and sales to keep content aligned with product updates and customer needs.
  • Customer Site Training: Offer training sessions at customer sites, including travel to different locations as needed. Today, an estimated 5-10% of travel.
  • Feedback and Assessment: Regularly review participant feedback and training KPIs (satisfaction, retention, pass rates, field impact) and proactively update course materials, labs, and delivery methods to improve training quality and outcomes continuously.
  • Mentor and Coach: Prepare substitute trainers or subject-matter experts supporting training activities.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in power distribution technology, industry standards, and best practices to ensure the training content remains current and relevant.
