Sales Manager – Low Voltage Motors

Location: Vapi Territory (Reporting Office: Mumbai)

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Sales Manager with strong expertise in Low Voltage Motors, a passion for sales and marketing, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

  1. Responsible for sales and marketing of Low Voltage Motors in the assigned territory.

  2. Identify potential areas and opportunities for growing the Low Voltage Motors business.

  3. Provide techno-commercial support to customers and generate business from OEMs and end users.

  4. Execute cost optimization initiatives to improve win rates and overall profitability.

  5. Drive market strategies for Low Voltage Motors through competitor analysis and win–loss analysis.

  6. Analyze market data and trends to define suitable actions and provide strategic inputs.


Requirements:
  1. Education: Minimum qualification of B.E. / Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.

  2. Strong technical knowledge with proven CRM development and negotiation skills.

  3. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

  4. Ability to independently interact with clients for technical and commercial discussions.

  5. Prior experience in customer handling roles will be an added advantage.
