We are looking for an OEM Sales Manager to serve as Head of Growth Customers for a sales team across the eastern states of the USA, selling Siemens Digital Industries automation products and solutions. This position is based in a city with a major airport in a location from Georgia and along the east cost up to Boston, MA.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Strategically lead the deployment of Siemens' automation solutions in a a named list of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) where some are existing customers, others are newer, and a major focus is on brand new customer development. Your role is to empower your selling team while holding them accountable for achieving exceptional results.
- Drive assessment of growth opportunities and coordinate with internal stakeholders to screen potential opportunities in assigned customers
- Champion deep, cross-functional collaboration with customers and all regional sales, execution, and marketing organizations to collectively understand and proactively translate customer needs into impactful, actionable solutions.
- Oversee and grow Atlantic OEM Sales Growth Customer team and lead a team of ~10 sellers
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience selling strategic solutions to automation OEMs with ability to navigate complex sales cycles, in a complex selling environment including push/pull with end users, direct customers, distribution served customers and more.
- 4+ years of experience leading, motivating and developing effective and high performing sales teams
- Strong history of quota achievement over career & proven track record of managing a sales organization towards quota attainment and forecast accuracy
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in automation or software sales
- Executive leadership, negotiating, and influencing skills
- Excellent public speaking, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and strategic thinking capabilities
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional knowledge of OEMs operating in a specific industrial space such as Food&Beverage, Data Center, or other large growth USA industry segments
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, SAP, and Salesforce.com
- Proven ability in identifying market opportunities and commercializing solutions

The pay range for this position is 164,322 - 222,258 annually with a target incentive of 56 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
