We are looking for a Business Analyst – Digital Transformation. This position will be based in Peachtree Corners GA.

In this role, you will serve as a critical link between business stakeholders and IT, supporting data products, analytics, AI, and automation initiatives within our Electrical Products digital transformation team. You will help translate business needs into actionable solutions while enabling adoption through collaboration, governance, and self-service analytics.

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Translating business needs into clearly defined use cases and functional requirements for data products, analytics, AI, and automation initiatives
  • Partnering with business stakeholders and IT teams to plan sprints, support Agile execution, coordinate user acceptance testing, and enable production releases
  • Supporting and promoting self-service analytics and automation by coaching users on tools such as Tableau, KNIME, Power Automate, and GenAI prompting
  • Monitoring data platform services and coordinating issue resolution to ensure reliability and continuity
  • Cataloging and maintaining metadata for structured and unstructured data products within cloud data platforms
  • Supporting platform migrations, new value proposition launches, and continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Contributing to governance, training, and community-of-practice efforts to enable scalable and responsible use of data and analytics

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in analytics, information systems, business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience with the following:
    • Business analysis within data, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
    • Requirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration across business and IT
  • 1+ year of experience with the following:
    • Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and sprint-based delivery
    • Data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, KNIME)
    • Enterprise platforms and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SharePoint)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting data products, AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Familiarity with modern cloud data and analytics architectures (e.g., Snowflake or similar platforms)
  • Experience working with SAP systems and understanding end-to-end business processes
  • Experience enabling self-service analytics, citizen development, or data governance frameworks
  • Strong communication skills with a demonstrated growth mindset and focus on continuous improvement

The pay range for this position is 61,547 - 105,509 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
