Apply now for Sales Support Administrator (Contract) role, and you will be responsible in managing procurement requests, onboarding processes, vendor registration, and general administrative support across multiple platforms and teams.
This role ensures smooth coordination between internal stakeholders and external vendors, while maintaining compliance with organizational procedures.

Your Role:

Team Assistance CRM/Sales
  • You are responsible to raise PRs for laptop purchases/legal fees.
  • You are responsible to manage stamping for Sales and Supply Contracts.
  • You are responsible to archive contracts/agreements using the CLMA tool.
  • You are responsible to handle delegation approvals in NCC, including error resolution.
  • You are responsible to purchase ECI reports as needed
Spodom-Related Task:
  • You are responsible to coordinate and support activities including:
    • Site visits
    • Marketing initiatives
    • Educational grants
    • Pre-delivery inspections
    • Training and clinical attachments
    • Spodom claims processing
Process NCC PR requests by:
  • You are responsible to receive completed NCC forms from BDM/PM.
  • You are responsible for coordinating with the commercial team for WBS, planned cost, and related data.
  • You are responsible for submitting requests via the NCC Management Tool.
  • You are responsible for forwarding approved reports to the logistics team.
Handle EPR requests by:
  • You are responsible for registering & updating vendors/suppliers/speakers records in PEGA.
  • You are responsible for raising EPRs in Process Director (PD).
  • You are responsible for retrieving payment advice from Finavigate and forwarding to relevant departments
Manage Sepadu-related Purchase Orders (POs) and marketing PRs:
  • You are responsible to create folders and raise PRs in PDPO.
  • You are responsible to forward approved POs to the marketing team
Onboarding/Offboarding Support
  • You are responsible to assist with asset collection and new hire onboarding activities
  • You are responsible to assist with offboarding activities
General Administrative Support
  • You are responsible for provide process support across PDPO, EPR, and PEGA platforms.
  • You are responsible to manage office-related inquiries and laptop requests.
To also support other sales support related tasks.

Your Expertise:
  • You have 3-5 of experience into healthcare.
  • You are good English (written and spoken)
  • You are good at Microsoft Tools ie. Words, Excel
