About the Role:
Are you a seasoned and strategic digital marketing expert with a proven track record in driving engagement and business growth? We're looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital communications efforts, from crafting compelling social media campaigns to leveraging data for actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Digital & Social Media Leadership: Design and implement comprehensive social media (paid & organic) and digital marketing strategies to effectively reach, engage, convert, and retain target audiences, aligning with our brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Content Creation & Adaptation: Develop audience-driven content tailored for various social media platforms and digital channels. This includes adapting content from centralized teams to ensure maximum impact and relevance across different platforms.
  • Campaign Ownership & Execution: Independently conceptualize, execute, and manage creative social media and digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. Focus on generating brand awareness, fostering channel growth, driving top-of-funnel traffic, and enhancing overall engagement.
  • Digital Innovation & Exploration: Continuously research and explore emerging digital and social media platforms, tools, and applications to keep our strategies cutting-edge and effective.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Optimization: Leverage and analyze "big data" from social listening, campaign tracking, competitive monitoring, and media performance. Translate these insights into actionable recommendations to refine strategies and improve future planning.
  • Budget Management & Prioritization: Effectively manage the team's digital marketing budget and prioritize projects to ensure efficient resource allocation and achievement of team objectives.
  • Agency & Vendor Management: Recruit, onboard, and manage external digital and social media agencies to support various programs, campaigns, and community management initiatives.
  • Business Value Generation: Drive business value through proactive exploration and implementation of tactics such as social CRM, lead generation programs, influencer engagement, and other innovative digital marketing approaches.
What You'll Bring:
  • Experience: 8+ years of hands-on marketing experience, with a strong focus and proven track record in social media and digital communications/marketing.
  • Strategic & Creative Mindset: A smart, creative thinker with proven strategic capabilities, innate curiosity, strong priority-setting skills, and a high degree of self-motivation.
  • Industry Knowledge: B2B industry know-how and experience is a significant plus.
  • Project Management Prowess: Excellent project management skills, particularly in managing complex initiatives within virtual and cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional Communication:
  • Outstanding social media content writing skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Team Player: A strong team player with the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
