CS SI SWE Hardware Instruments Specialist, reporting to CS Solution Implementation Head SWE

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for travel, working in a team and with high technology. 


As the CS SI SWE Hardware Instruments Specialist, Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • During the implementation phase of our projects, the CS SI SWE Hardware Instrument Specialist must respond to the most difficult instrument problems, provide onsite installation support within the SWE region (South West Europe) and service reps on corrective and preventative measures on instruments. 
  • The CS SI SWE Hardware Instrument Specialist deliver standardized Service Trainings for Atellica Solution\CI-1900\Automation in English language for international customer service engineers or any other appropriate target groups.
  • The CS SI SWE Hardware Instrument Specialist is acting as a Technical Project Mgr. coordinating complex installation activities in SWE. In addition he will support activities to prevent problems. Those activities should be: knowledge sharing, proactive management of mandatory retrofits / implementation modifications, hosting Best Practice & Technical Exchange & Focus meetings, etc

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Bio-medical or any other comparable technical education would be a preference.
  • You have an excellent technical understanding of in-vitro Healthcare Diagnostics.
  • Working experience in the in-vitro Diagnostics industry, preferably with but not limited to Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics/ Atellica / CI-1900/Automation is an advantage.

  • You are able to multitask and prioritize a variety of concurrent activities.
  • From 70% to 85% of travel be required.
  • You enjoy working in an international team and context. This requires you to be business-fluent in English.
