We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Support & Automation Specialist to join our team. This full-time role offers a unique blend of direct
customer interaction and hands-on experience in developing simple and effective software solutions, providing an excellent foundation for a career in technical operations, support, or software development.

What You'll Do:
• Technical Customer Support:
• Be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional technical support for our secrets management solution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, guiding them through solutions with clarity and patience. This may involve investigating software configurations, analyze log files, or reproduce issues.
• Document support interactions, solutions, and common issues to contribute to our knowledge base and improve customer selfservice.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and development teams to  escalate complex problems and ensure timely resolution.
• Identify trends in customer inquiries to proactively suggest improvements to our products or support processes.
• Process Automation & Scripting:
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (primarily in Python) to streamline operational tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort across various internal processes.
• Build simple APIs or integrating existing tools to automate different workflows and system interactions.
• Monitor automated processes, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues that arise.
• Contribute to the development of internal tools and utilities that enhance team productivity and service delivery.
• Learn and apply best practices for scripting, testing, and documentation to ensure robust and maintainable automation solutions.

What You'll Bring:
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Familiarity with at least one scripting language, preferably Python.
• A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn new technologies, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• First experience with Git.
• Basic understanding of how APIs work.
• Prior experience in a technical support role is a plus.
• First experience with one or more AWS services is a plus.
